Moonwalking

That's exactly what I am doing at the moment - Moonwalking, going backwards!!

I have been eating too much gluten. I have had a crook tummy (go figure) and I have put on 1.2kg in the last two weeks!! Silly considering I need to lose weight for my impending wedding.

I haven't been exercising the dog and, as a consequence, the bitch has been digging holes!!

The rain and shit weather is here and settled!

I have decided to kick my own arse. But, could do with a good butt booting from you guys too.

Do I want to look like this on my wedding night???

There's lots going on at the moment with the wedding etc and you have lost focus on YOU, think of you as you are going to be the center of attention on the day.

You can do it.

Get off that friggin gluten girl!!!!
I know I am sabotaging myself at the moment but I still dont touch gluten.. it is sooooo not worth it!!!
The effects from it dont just last the day you eat it either.. a little each day build up and up til you feel like total crap and can take weeks to get out of your system... believe me I have been there....
Plz dont do it to yourself...
And as for that frikkin photo... I didnt know my ex posted pics of me from our wedding night on the net!!! rofl...
Consider yourself kiked from a fellow gluten free godess.... ;o)
Chocolate coated sultanas are gluten free... ;o) shhhh but dont tell anyone I told you...

You know you can do this!! You need to get your headspace back! Write down all the reasons why you want to lose weight and memorise them. Consider yourself butt kicked!! ;)

You need to go totally Gluten free for a few years before you can even dabble occasionally in the naughty stuff, and I mean occasionally.

I've had Coeliac for ten years now and have been hospitalised TWICE. It's not fucking picnic you know, this is serious shit and you will damage your intestines and your bowel if you keep it up.

There. How's that for an arse kicking? Should I try it with stiletoh's next?

I decided to shed a few kilo's.....hubby bought a Harley & I didn't want to look like the Michelin Man riding pillion. All I've done is cut out carbs - no rice, pasta, potatoes or bread & I gave up butter as well. It friggin near killed me to begin with, but after a coupla days, I got used to it. My starting weight was 123.2kg (I'm 5'10) & since the beginning of May have lost 13kg. I cheat when I feel like I HAVE to - i.e get a craving for chocolate or something & think 'fukkit'. You can do it Jules! Here's wishing you heaps of support :-)

p.s. great blog!

wow, thats a great post. I've recently learned that my liver is shot, and thats why i've been so unhealthy and chocking on the weight despite not eating much.

I didn't know that the liver is metabolism central!
